Josh’s Wednesday & Final Blog from RUINED Homeless Work Camp
the concept of this week absolutely amazes me. I don’t understand how all us kids can sleep in a box and eat such small amounts of food, then work all day in our own stench and have fun. It is a true blessing to see god work in all of our lives in these conditions. God has just shown me so much this weekend in all aspects of life. As I look back over these four days, I realize that we really do not have it bad at all. We know that were going to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and we know were not going to get wet at night or any other time for that matter. It really proves to me that even when we try to be homeless, we have everything we need, without a worry in the world. I hope to be gratefull of everything in my life.
What I learned
1. start a ministry supplying food and clothes to the homeless people
2. reduce my spending at the store and quit buying snacks at school.
